Bacardi Limited has named Andy Gibson chief marketing officer of Bacardi and president of Bacardi Global Brands.

HAMILTON, Bermuda — Bacardi Limited has named Andy Gibson chief marketing officer of Bacardi and president of Bacardi Global Brands.

In these roles, Gibson will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company’s internationally known portfolio of premium spirits brands. He also will serve as a member of the Bacardi Leadership Team and report to Bacardi Limited president and CEO Ed Shirley. Gibson joins Bacardi in late April and will be based at the Bacardi Global Brands headquarters in London.

Bacardi Limited has named Joseph Schena as SVP and CFO, replacing Jacques Croisetière, who is retiring from the company.

HAMILTON, Bermuda — Bacardi Limited has named Joseph Schena as SVP and CFO, replacing Jacques Croisetière, who is retiring from the company.

As SVP and CFO, Schena will also serve as a member of the Bacardi leadership team and report to Bacardi Limited president and CEO Ed Shirley. In addition, Schena will be appointed president and CEO of Bacardi International Limited. He will join the company on Dec. 3 and will be based in the global headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda; pending approval by the Bermuda Department of Immigration.

Bacardi Limited has named Gianpaolo Perego as regional president of Latin America with responsibility for leading all operations in the region for the internationally known portfolio of premium spirits.

HAMILTON, Bermuda — Bacardi Limited has named Gianpaolo Perego as regional president of Latin America with responsibility for leading all operations in the region for the internationally known portfolio of premium spirits. Perego will manage the execution of the overall strategy for the Latin American region, as well as the general management of a diverse business comprising 19 countries. In this role, he will also be a member of the Bacardi Leadership Team. The appointment takes effect July 9.
