Performance Sports Group, trading under the symbol PSG on the New York and Toronto stock exchanges, offered roughly seven million shares priced at $15.50 which generated gross proceeds of $110 million. In conjunction with the offer, the company changed its name to Performance Sports Group from Bauer Performance Sports.

Bauer Performance Sports, a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance sports equipment and apparel, has completed the acquisition of the Easton Baseball/Softball business from Easton-Bell Sports.

Bauer Performance Sports, a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance sports equipment and apparel, has completed the acquisition of the Easton Baseball/Softball business from Easton-Bell Sports.

Under the terms of the asset purchase agreement, BPS acquired Easton Baseball/Softball for a total all-cash consideration valued at $330 million, plus a working capital adjustment and fees. BPS expects the acquisition to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share in the first year of ownership.

Sporting equipment and apparel manufacturer Bauer Performance Sports expanded its product offering in the baseball and softball world with the acquisition of those businesses from Easton-Bell Sports.

Bauer agreed to pay Easton-Bell Sports $330 million for Easton’s baseball and softball business in a deal that adds the well known Easton brand to Bauer’s existing stable of brands such as Bauer, Mission, Maverik, Cascade, Inaria and Combat.

The Limited will debut the Stylinity Style Stage, an omnichannel “selfie studio,” Thursday, Nov. 21 at its flagship store at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Sitting outside the store's dressing rooms, the Style Stage photographs the user wearing store apparel and tags that apparel allowing other shoppers to search for and buy those products online in a fully shoppable social commerce catalogue.
