Gooch has left The Shack

James Gooch stepped down from his position as CEO and board member at RadioShack.

FORT WORTH, Texas — James Gooch stepped down from his position as CEO and board member at RadioShack.

Gooch’s departure was disclosed early Wednesday. The company said CFO Dorvin Lively would assume CEO responsibilities on an interim basis. Lively joined the company a little over a year ago after previously serving as CFO of Ace Hardware for two years.
