Kellogg Company has elected Cynthia H. Milligan, dean emeritus of the College of Business Administration at University of Nebraska-Lincoln and trustee of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, to its board of directors effective Feb. 22, 2013.

The firms are equal partners in the deal designed to accelerate Kellogg’s growth in a market the company expects to become the world’s largest food and beverage market within five years.

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Kellogg's is honoring the gold-medal-winning U.S. women's gymnastic team by featuring them on their Corn Flakes cereal box.

Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman, Kyla Ross and Jordyn Wieber of the "Fierce Five" will be featured on special-edition boxes of Kellogg's Corn Flakes, which will be on shelves this fall.

A former PepsiCo executive has joined Kellogg's as its new SVP global supply chain.

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A former PepsiCo executive has joined Kellogg's as its new SVP global supply chain.

Steven Sterling, who most recently served as group VP operations for Pepsi's Frito-Lay division, joined Kellogg's on Friday. He will serve as a member of the company's executive leadership team and report to Kellogg president and CEO John Bryant.

Kellogg Co. today announced that John Bryant, evp and cfo of Kellogg Co. and president of Kellogg International, has been named evp of Kellogg Co. and president of Kellogg Noth America. He will retain the role of cfo. The company also appointed Jeffrey Montie to evp of Kellogg Co. and president of Kellogg International. He will assume the additional responsibilities for leading the global innovation, marketing, consumer promotion, and sales teams. Previously he was evp of Kellogg Co. and president of Kellogg North America.
