Procter & Gamble is launching its latest ad campaign in the Big Apple. Called the Everyday Effect, the campaign is the largest consumer event in the company's 175 year history and will involve P&G representatives showing New Yorkers why they should consume P&G products.

CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble is launching its latest ad campaign in the Big Apple. Called the Everyday Effect, the campaign is the largest consumer event in the company's 175 year history and will involve P&G representatives showing New Yorkers why they should consume P&G products.

The company will demonstrate how its brands make “everyday life better” and broadcast results of these demos through on-the-ground reports, social media updates and content featured across the company’s website and social media pages.

PARK CITY, Utah — Skullcandy is relocating certain departments, making changes to its executive team and searching for a new CFO so it can better align its product, marketing and sales functions. 

As such, the company is relocating its marketing, creative, business development and legal departments, as well as certain sales and international personnel to its headquarters in Park City, Utah, and will close the office in San Clemente, Calif., which has historically housed significant portions of these functions.

Anheuser-Busch is providing 2,156 cases of emergency drinking water — or 51,744 cans — for use by relief workers and residents affected by the tornado in Oklahoma City and its surrounding suburbs.

ST. LOUIS — Anheuser-Busch is providing 2,156 cases of emergency drinking water — or 51,744 cans — for use by relief workers and residents affected by the tornado in Oklahoma City and its surrounding suburbs.

A truck loaded with emergency drinking water left Cartersville, Ga., and will be arriving in the region this week. Anheuser-Busch is working with the American Red Cross to get the water where it's most needed. Additionally, the company has made a $25,000 donation to the Red Cross to assist in their relief efforts.

Hershey is heading to China to launch a candy brand called Lancaster, marking the first time in its 120-year history that the company has launched a new brand outside of the United States.

SHANGHAI — Hershey is heading to China to launch a candy brand called Lancaster, marking the first time in its 120-year history that the company has launched a new brand outside of the United States. It’s also the first time in 30 years that Hershey launches a brand that is neither a brand extension nor an acquisition.

The brand will be available in the cities of Wuhan, Hangzhou and Chengdu in June, with wider distribution following next year.

He encouraged dealers to visit the GE booth, as well as that of new vendor TCP. Vendors and Do it Best executives say that as more options -- and more questions -- hit the light bulb category, the more the hardware store format will benefit. If they have the right products and the right product knowledge, light bulbs can result in big gains.

Procter & Gamble has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of Ohio against CAO Group, a manufacturer and distributor of dental products.

CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of Ohio against CAO Group, a manufacturer and distributor of dental products. The lawsuit alleges that CAO Group is violating P&G's intellectual property by manufacturing and selling its “Sheer White,” “Sheer FluorX” and “Sheer DesenZ” products.

P&G is suing CAO Group in order to protect its investment in its technology and its Crest Whitestrips business.

Fisk Johnson, SC Johnson's chairman and CEO, has been named "Friend of the Library" by the Racine Public Library. Johnson received the award for sponsoring the Racine Reads: Dream Big! program during the 2011-2012 school year.

RACINE, Wis. — Fisk Johnson, SC Johnson's chairman and CEO, has been named "Friend of the Library" by the Racine Public Library. Johnson received the award for sponsoring the Racine Reads: Dream Big! program during the 2011-2012 school year. 

The program challenged 10,000 local elementary school students to read 1 million books during the school year — an average of 100 books per child. Students rose to the challenge, by more than quadrupling the national average, by reading 180 books per student and 1.8 million books in total.
